An ISO file is acociated with a bin file, and is usually a disk image, you need to use somthing like Nero to burn a cd using the ISO image, then use the cd created as normal.

you want to make an .iso disk image from a dvd/cd? if it's a Dvd, use Dvd Decrypter. it's free, Yahoo! it and download it. if it's a data file I don't know any free way, I'm quite certain you can with just Win Xp. You need a tool, like Nero, for example.

If you want to burn it to a CD, do not use the usual burning routine, select "burn as image" and that wiil do it.
