Which of these two countries will be first to have usable nuclear weapons? When will they have them? And what will the United States' response be to this?

Iran will have them shortly after North Korea sells them a few "dirty" missiles, if they haven't all ready..!!!( Russia, will furnish guidance systems,shortly after that) The Israeli way of life will change shortly after that.!!and so on....and so on....

North Korea claims they already have it and even tested it.
Iran is not making a bomb. They just want nuclear power because they don't want to depend on fossile fuels that are running out.
I don't know if we can believe either of them.
The best response to NK is negotiations, because they are in desperate need of food.
Don't know how to stop Iran.
I only know that an invasion is definately not a good idea in either case.
Against Iran the USA will surely lose (think Iraq times 10) and NK has China to back them up.

NK already has the bomb. Iran's still working on it.
The US probably won't be able to do a thing about it...except maybe retaliate should one of them launch an attack.....and if that happens, the US will be able to take out the offending country about 100 times over.

they try to make biological weapons now.
S.Korea have there military Cross the line near the n.Korea ready for another Korean war at anytime n.Korea attack.

Iran can have these weapons first , taking help from pakistan being another " MUSLIM "" country under name of GOD.
THey may have very soon. May be couple of years( tops 3 years).
It depends upon the world situvation on that day.

If you read the paper you would see that N Korea has nukes. It takes thousands of centrafuges and the knowledge which was sold to them by a scientist from Pakastan.
