No! you don't "fall" in love you "fall" in lust..
Think about this...falling indicates an action thats beyond our control...something that happens to us...something we're swept off of our feet by.
Thousands of people experience what they feel is love during the first few months of knowing someone...

Setting the stage....using boy meets girl
Boy meets girl....boy thinks...cor! she's a bit of alright, must get with her.....boy gets with her...great sex....after a little while boy gets to know her better...boy doesn't like anymore/boy isn't ready to settle/....boys off...
Obviously this applies to girls as well

However, if boy doe's feel ready to settle down plus doe's like girl past more than just the lust phase then boy considers staying....boy decides he will love girl for evermore.....

not always as iddylic as that, but that's roughly how it go's....
No-one can love (in the romantic sense of the word) until they know the person properly....

Yes! there are those that meet their life long partner & feel they just "know" from the beginning...but so there are many that think the one they met were right to start with...but then realise after a while that in fact they'd made a mistake...
go & work that one out then...

I would say yes. Me and my guy fell in love at first sight and we were married within 4 months(and no did not have to) we celebrated our 31st anniversary in December. I always said I would never get wed and was 28 when I did, so anything is possible.

Well I think it is possible. But I would be a bit wary. One of my ex's told me he loved me after a week, which I thought was sweet then he turned into a complete idiot. Mind you my current boyfriend and I fell in love quite quickly and were still going nearly two years later. It just depends on the person.

It's hardly a question of time is it?
I mean it's not like the person has asked to marry him.
It's just about feelings.
How can you control them? It can even happen at first sight?
Yes, I would believe so.
But it doesn't mean that it will last, or that it has to be reciprocated, or that you have to get married.
Obviously it needs to be sustained and test.

yes it's possible, as love is a feeling deep inside, and not something you switch on and off when ever you feel like. but be careful to when and how you tell this person as they might not feel the same. so be sure to get the timing right.

I met my wife on a Friday evening and by Saturday morning I knew she was the one. No sex was involved.
I do not know how but I just knew. We were engaged for 2 years, we married had a honeymoon at which time we had sex for the first time. Must seem an alien concept these days!!
Best of luck.

i am suspicious of someone that falls in love that quickly - usually the quicker they fall in love, the quicker they leave - i am going thru that rite now - recently met someone who seems really into me, really fast - i am trying to slow him down cause i've been down this road before - like i said the quicker they fall, the quicker they leave, but i do not want to risk losing him either, cause he's a good catch - his point of view is that we're older (40's), both divorced, life is short - why wait if you think you've got a good thing.
