1.Download Accelerator
2.Torrents...
3.dont download multiple files from same server at a time
eg: download.com --> downloading 2 programs
use one browser at a time..
if thats a text based web --> use opera 9
else IE7 ... dont use them at a time
incase of XP/2003 -- tweak the registry using
free --> TCPip optimizer
