Answering this question means stereotyping. Some of the point may be true for some for some time. Not necessarily all points will be true for all women all time. Hence, it is a good question but respect Woman as she is is the answer.

Sure they do, but not always. If the guy is being an idiot and there is a bulge, then she knows which head he is thinking with. It helps her know what direction the conversation is really going or if it is really going. If she is not interested in that, she moves on. If she is not interested but stays, she is teasing. If she is interested and stays, then she steers.

I would imagine so - I certainly do! It can be deceptive, obviously, but it's fun to guess. No harm in it, and I wouldn't be offended by someone checking out my package (although if it was a woman, that's as close as they'd get!)
