The best thing we can do is abolish it completely. Of course that is not going to happen, so the next best thing we can do is pass legislation for school vouchers. Force schools to compete for students (and therefore for funding) and the quality of education will skyrocket.
Once the education of our children is out of government hands, then morals, integrity, self-respect and reliance and accountability will return to our culture.
There is an opposition group called the ACLJ who works against the ACLU. You might try them out.
I'd like to close by pointing out that communism is not totally an evil thing. On a small scale it is quite efficient and even the best structure. On a small scale, that is.
