That happens to me too! Minne is so light I can just use a pantiliner. A dry tampon can dry your vagina which can casue cysts try pantiliners or sea sponge tampons. THey are reusuable but hygenic and controll light period and don't dry your vagina

First of all sweety, you shouldn't leave a tampon in for up to 8 hours. If it hurts to remove the tampon and you have a light menstrual flow why don't u just use pads? Try it maybe its the best thing for u.

You don't have it in properly. And you should NEVER leave a tampon in for 8 hours. WAY too long. 3-4 hours is MAX to leave a tampon in.
Here is a guide to help you get it in the right way. When it is in correctly, you won't feel it. That's what makes tampons so great.

You probably shouldn't use tampons if your menstrual flow is that light. It can cause minor tears in the vagina while pulling it out. You should just use Lightadays or something similar to light pads.

if the blood isnt filling up the tampon all the way and you are still keeping it in for 8 hours, then you can get a disese from it(toxic shock syndrome) and its really deadly so if ur flow is really light then you could just get like those REALLY thin pads and you can barely feel them.
i switch between tampons and pads and you should probly do the same thing.

In your case, I would not use tampons. I have had similar problems, at the end of my period when flow is light. Switch to pantyliners. I don't think it's going to do any damage, but I know they do hurt when they're dry and you pull them out.

It won't hurt you, just feel little uncomfortable because it's dry. I would suggest you stop using them and switch to pantyliners if it's that light. They're so think you can't even tell they're there and then you don't havw to worry about this.

I have the same problem. Get the always panty liners (believe it or not, they are enough if you are that light) and change frequently.
