I am looking for something with minimal undergrad prereq requirements, as my undergrad major was not psychology. For the school to be in Pennsylvania or Maryland would be a huge bonus, but is not required.

(Some people may be surprised that non-psych majors can get into pscyh grad programs, but I assure you it is true. It's just that some of them require specific pscyh courses; Widener, to which I have applied, does not.)

You can definitely get into a psych grad program without majoring in psychology, but it's a little bit harder.

The best bet would be to apply to a masters program first. Have you done any research or do you have any clinical experience? It's very hard to get into a PhD program in clinical psych. unless you've done research. That's why it will help to go to a masters program first -- while working on the MA you will gain research experience which may be enough to get into the PhD level programs. Remember, it's harder to get into a PhD program in clinical psych than it is to get into medical school, so the competition is going to be pretty rough and it's best to have as much experience as possible!
