(16 years old;so its not like hot flashes...)


at night when i try to sleep my feet get really warm

(not sweaty)

just warm

when i touch them the feel dry.

i put lotion on...


that dosent help....

then i put them in cold water,

but the past couple weeks they have been unbearable.


and the discomfort has spread to my back thighs.

i CANNOT SLEEP

i lie awake for HOURS (im not even kidding)


until i FINNALY give up...


someone please help.

is this normal?
has it happend to other people?
is their treatment?


this has been going on EVERYDAY OF THIS PAST WEEK!

and before too, but its never been this bad...

id say ive had it for about 2-3 years,
back then it happend like maybe onece or twice a month...

NEVER THIS BAD!

ahhh help!

Have you told your parents? I'm wondering if it's your thyroid. You need to see a doctor...Please.

Most people, my self included, suffer from cold feet, so hot feet is not normal. Something is no right in my opinion and you should talk to a doctor about this.

1.Dont space that much because its confusing and stupied as hell.
2.Are you bleeding from your area?

IT IS NOT NORMAL, I WOULD SEEK YOUR DOCTORS HELP. BUT IN THE MEAN TIME TRY SOAKING THEM WITH EPSOM SALT. THAT MIGHT HELP , BUT DO GO TO YOUR DOCTOR.
