How do I load an I-pod shuffel, what file format do I use?

You HAVE to use iTunes. If you don't have iTunes on your computer, you can download it from Apple's site for free.

You need the songs to be in mp3 format, but iTunes will convert them for you if need be.

Other than that, all the instructions will probably show up on the screen when you plug your shuffle into the computer.
