My question is do you know or truly understand the process? Every person's treatment is different. And sometimes for reasons that had nothing to do with nature not allowing them to have children. I don't think it has anything to do with medical intervention but your own moral standards and how you feel about the issue. To each his/her own. Who is to say you are wrong for feeling the way you do but for me I think it is a personal choice. Which by the way is paid for by the persons involved not the public. I think that for some this could be a very touchy subject. To become more knowledgeable of why it is used may help you to understand it. I think to ask should people use IVF is like asking should abortion still be legal or even birth control. These are issues that are for the persons involved.

Following that logic why vaccinate? Weed out those who couldn't survive without being inoculated against deadly diseases. How far would you like to take that thread? I think if someone wants to go through invasive fertility treatments that is their prerogative. Everyone lives their life as they see fit as long as they aren't hurting anyone.

Are you too scared to post the original question in this category? Nobody is going to look you up and hang you because you have a self-righteous attitude regarding other people's struggle to conceive.
