I admire Akbar Jalauddin Khan, the 3rd emperor of MUGHAL DYNASTY. He was a Muslim but helped a lot of Hindus and Rajputs. He is a majestic Kingdom. At the age of 13 he won the BATTLE OF PANIPAT.

Of the Indian from India, it would have to be the popular Mr. Gandhi.

The History of India is full of great people who deserve admiration. But Rabindranath Tagore stands out in my mind because he bridged the gap between India's past and its future. He is one of the world's great writers and person of great wisdom and learning. He knew most of the great leaders of India in the 20th century and was admired by all.
