I left mine up from last year they mostly work, I wonder how many years they will make it :)

I WILL TAKE MINE DOWN TODAY, JANUARY 2-ND. IT WILL BE ALMOST 50 DEGREES (F) OUTSIDE. USUALLY I LEAVE MY LIGHTS UNTIL AFTER THREE KINGS, BUT SINCE COM-ED IS RAISING THEIR ELECTRIC RATES UP TO 50%, I WILL NOT SUPPORT THEM BY LEAVING MY X-MAS LIGHTS ON .
YOUR LIGHTS SHOULD LAST FOR MAYBE 5 YEARS OR LONGER.

I hate when people leave Christmas lights up all year. They look so stupid. The traditional thing to do is take everything down on Little Christmas which is Jan. 6

The practice in our country is to take it down after the "Three Kings Day". That is the first Sunday of January.

I didn't put up any Christmas lights (outside), but inside I will take down my tree sometime this week (it has lights on it).

already taken down and toss in the trash. get new ones every year. not worth the trouble to keep. talking about the lights only.

im thinking on just taking off the ones on the front door, cause is pretty cold for me to be out there taking lights out...the tree light are gone...just the tree hanging there..pretty lonely...but yeah...i think i will leave mine there till it gets warm in the spring...
