Property boom? Not on your life, this is a good time to pull in your horns.. This fellow wrote the article to peddle his book which he conveniently explains how to buy at the end of the article.
I'm surprised that any respectable journal would agree to publish this.

When you ask Global, that is a rather high fetching question, I can only speak of Australia, it's finnished on the east coast and now booming on the west coast, it is definetely slowing and nothing in property lasts forever, like they say: you have your highs and your lows

What would cause a cancer to stop spreading through a body? Generally, if it slows down in one place it speeds up in another, and not neccessarily part of the same mass.
