I certainly don't think it very important as to they might or might not have in their trousers ,but to say that Americans have smaller Brains is ridiculous.George W Bush must be a lot cleverer than Tony Blair,hes been leading him up the garden path for years ,and the idiot Blair cannot see-it.

Problem is they are so stupid they are a liability. In the first Gulf War more British Soldiers were killed by Americans than by the Iraqis. Letting Americans have guns is like letting kids play with matches and petrol
