With as big as President Fords funeral looks, I was wondering who pays for it. Is it taxpayers?

Yes, the taxpayers. By the by, this is a very simple funeral in comparison to Ronald Reagan's and John F Kennedy's.

All the people of that country must pay for an ex-president funerals.Especialy if he was a good president. I think that a president as long as he lives , must go anywhere and pay nothing. He must buy shoes and clothes and whatever he wants without paying for the rest of his life , he can buy a car , a house , a holyday , without paying it ,for the rest of his life.This means a president.Even if he rules only for 4 years.But only if he did something good , like letting people read the bible and ask for their rights from God , like letting the bible be studied in schools if they the parents or the children want , who wants ,,,only those who wants.In the old Testament , the kings used to have mounts of gold , plates of Gold , houses of marble ,whatever they wanted.I think that a president if he is good deserve not to pay what she buys , for the rest of his life.
