The best way is to set up a PayPal account.
Then go to the Help area it can run you step by step through the process after that. All you have to do is put in your question and they will have something similar to refer to but you need some sort of way for people to pay you aside from checks or money orders.

Check yourself into EBAY and then go to the HELP section.. It takes you thru step one thru the rest.. If you have any questions after that(which I doubt you will have) then use their contact number and email to contact them for any additional information or answers t your questions

It's really simple, read the rules and regulations on e-bay, and read everything carefully so you fully understand. Also, read their faq's, there are pretty helpful.
