I am not sure what you are after here, but most thinking people consider him a corrupt war profiteer, not a patriot or idealogue. His connection with halliburton has netted him millions in this war. The longer the war drags on, the richer he and his cronies get. Conflict of interest, then, is one thing wrong with him.
From a personality standpoint, he is a humorless, even grim, skull. A nasty-acting man. Footnote: He has a weak heart from being morbidly obese for several decades.

DickCheney was a chief of staff he was a nice person but I think the Vice-Presidency has given him an ego trip and made him pugnacious and power hungry.

Nothing he is doing great! His daughter Mary Cheney and her life partner Heather Poe are going to have a baby! Isn't that wonderful news! Mr. and Mrs. Cheney and Ms. and Ms. Cheney are overjoyed to be having a grandaughter, their first daughter!
All of America wishes the very best in the New Year to these wonderful expectant moms, the Cheney family and the baby developing in Mary Cheney's womb!

If you mean helthwise,then he has heart disease other than that nothings wrong with.By the way Dick Cheney is a much better VP than Al Gore.
