I have been unable to find a "kit" for such an application. Does anybody know who makes one?

I don't know why you would want to, but it's your ride. Here's how. Go to vtwinmfg.com. Look in the multi-fit section. You will find all the parts you need. Or get your parts from jpcycles.com. Good luck.

Go to the Horse chopper magazine online and look at the swap meet and ask. My boyfriend makes his own jockey shifts, but someone out there may be have one for you to buy.

Or call Brian at ClockWerks Customs (South Dakota?). He makes choppers out of Harley Davidson baggers and Road Kings.

Yikes. You might need to go to some of the motorcycle forums on the net, and ask someone there, that might have the expertise.
