First...have you taken a pregnancy test at a hospital? Home pregnancy tests can be mis-leading especially if not used properly to the slightest degree.

Second...During pregnancy some symptoms will come and go, and some may never occur. Every female may experience different things at different times.

Third...Not knowing your all facts, and definitely not being a doctor, I can't tell you if you are pregnant or not. However, I do strongly suggest that you go see your doctor as soon as possible. Doctors are there to assist you and let you know the progress and development during your pregnancy, which is essential for a healthy pregnancy.

I hope that this answers your question and leads you on the right path. Happy healthy pregnancy...if you are. If not, seek medical attention for those other issues of nausea and backache...especially if it persists for more than 3 to 5 days.

Just because the 'symptoms' are gone doesnt mean you are not pregnant anymore. If a pregnancy test said positive, chances are you are pregnant (there is a SLIGHT room for error with home pregnancy tests). You might want to go to the doc and get a blood test to confirm it, but it definately sounds to me like you are. Congrats!
Get in to see your doctor as soon as you can, to begin prenatal care. Good prenatal care is VERY important during pregnancy! But you say that you are only six weeks, so it is just fine if you cant get an appointment right away. Most gals dont even know they are pregnant until they are 2 months along or so anyways.

Good luck!

Honey if you had two positive pregnancy tests then you are definitely pregnant. Pregnancy tests are virtually always correct when they are positive. They can be wrong if they are negative but if they detect the pregnancy hormones they are not wrong. The fact that your symptoms have abated somewhat does not mean that you are no longer pregnant.
Congratulations. You need to start taking prenatal vitamins, you need to take good care of yourself, get plenty of rest and eat small, nourishing meals.
If you enjoy reading pick up a copy of the book "What to Expect When You are Expecting", it is a wonderful book and will answer many of your questions.
Believe me, you ARE pregnant. It would be a good time for you to call and make an appointment with the Ob/Gyn of your choice. Don't be surprised if they want to do their own test to confirm your pregnancy, many do not like to just take your word for it.
Good luck and take care of you and your wee, tiny baby!

Just because the symptoms go away it doesn't;t mean you are no longer pregnant. Everyone experiences preggo symptoms differently

If you had 2 tests that were positive then yes you are pregnant and you need to make an appt with your Dr., especially since you have concerns

Good Luck to you! :)

Just because you are pregnant doesn't mean you get symptoms every day. I used to be fine most days, then feel awful about once a week. If you had a positive test and no sign of bleeding, you are still pregnant.

well if you took 2 pregnancy tests and they read positive that usually means that you are pregnant. Not all woman (like myself) have pregnancy symptoms such as nausea. I would have to guess you are pregnant since 2 tests said you were.

You are more likely to have a false negative than a false positive, which means, when it says positive, then it's positive. Your symptoms will come and go, and they will change thru out your pregnancy. If you can't get in to see your Doctor soon, go to a walk in office, just knowing for sure will ease your mind.

If you haven't had your period then assume you are still pregnant. Go and see your GP as soon as possible so you can start getting antinatal care.
