Go to Webroot.Com and purchase Spysweeper. Clean your system of all spyware. Then you should run some utilities that will defrag the drives and tuneup the registry. I use System Suite for this. Beyond that you can add RAM, increase your harddrive space or just reload Windows.

Hello dear
Your hard PC is too heavy so discard unnecessary files and folders go to Accessory then system tools to clean up and defragment drives .
update your anti virus and scan it to virus and worms or Trojans If you do these works and your PC is slow refresh your OS (windows) Reinstall it or upgrade it again .

there a number of reasons.

U cud b running to many applications in the background

low harddisk space

a virus cud also slow yo machine down

plz edit this post and jot down ure stats......however possible causes could be
a hard drive with very little free space left
increase your RAM (atleast 512)
to many processes running under your username(see task manager-> processes)

You probably don't have much RAM available for other programs to use. It could also be spyware as well.
