i havent made any this year...because to me they dont work. I made some last year but didnt quite stick to them, i tried but it didnt work! does anyone make a resolution but dont stick to it? just curious!

this is the first year that i have not bothered theres just no point beating myself up about not keeping to it.

I do all the time, but I tried a new method this year, I quite smoking a few months ago and now I can say this is the first year in 11 years that I am not smoking,,So I guess you have to start a little early, I wish I had started my diet earlier..LOL..good luck on your new year

Nope. I will never ever ever make another new year's resolution. I am still working on mine for 2000.

I don't usually make them but have made a couple this year including to start saving money and cutting own drinking alcohol.

the priority with putting your goals unrealistically extreme - there's no way they are obtainable - and you provide up too quickly - with out ever understanding what you have got performed.
