I do all the time, but I tried a new method this year, I quite smoking a few months ago and now I can say this is the first year in 11 years that I am not smoking,,So I guess you have to start a little early, I wish I had started my diet earlier..LOL..good luck on your new year

the priority with putting your goals unrealistically extreme - there's no way they are obtainable - and you provide up too quickly - with out ever understanding what you have got performed.
