yes! i love california, i have grown up here and it is beautiful. If you can afford it you should try to move to Marin just north of San Francisco, it is one of the most beautiful places and of course if you like cities San Franscisco is a great place to live to, I love it so much, more than anywhere else I have ever been.

I loved california when i grew up there, but moved away because of all the earhtquakes. Now I live in Alaska and we have them, but not as many. I'm hoping to live in UK soon., in Antrim.

Where will you be moving from? If you are sure you want to go, then you should. If you've got questions or concerns, perhaps now isn't the right time for the move? Good luck.

absolutely! live in the bay area - we have everything you want and everything you need. the blend of different cultures and lifestyles makes san francisco just so amazingly beautiful (in addition to its natural beauty) - and we have amazing restaurants, especially the mom-&-pop "hole in the wall" spots. i've traveled all over the world and there is no place like san francisco - fair warning: ITS SUPER EXPENSIVE! (but i'm sure you already knew that)
