Me personally, I like the second one. It even seems to be a better buy! You could store your important papers, and a nice sized laptop. Perfect choice

I like the one from 'Colorado Baggage' but have you tried Marshalls and TJ Maxx?

I am partial to the 2nd one. It looks more practical and seems to have more storage.
