"Sorry, this number does not take incoming calls". I emailed them this morning asking for my order and I haven't heard a thing. I've tried yell.com to see if there's a number on there, but nothing. Are there any alternatives? They don't have an address either. Thank you.

As stated above there is an address on the web site and the site has been registered and running for some time - which is a good sign. They state 10 days for delivery and that takes the estimated arrival time up to Christmas Eve. I would imagine that your order got caught in the Christmas mail. As it is a UK company - the UK tends to shut down between Christmas Eve and 2nd Jan. Give them a call or email again and see where the order is. If no joy then contact your credit card company and see if your money has been taken - if it has ask them to take action.

Good luck.

If you paid by Credit Card you should be covered by them. Just phone them up and tell them you want to dispute a payment.
I wish people wouldnt keep telling you you have lost your money - its not necessarily true! Have a look here http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/publications/ombudsman-news/31/creditcards-31.htm.
If you paid using a Debit card or the value of goods is under £100 then you have a problem.

The website looks professional enough ; if you go to their Terms and Conditions page it states the company is called FuschiaFuschia Ltd. A check on Companies House reveals that it is a genuine company number 04742287. It is not listed as being insolvent or in liquidation.

Their address is
Customer Services
Fuchsiafuchsia ltd
98, Marmion Road
Southsea
Hampshire
PO5 2BB
United Kingdom

The address is on the T&C page you just didnt see it - quite often this is where you will find it for many ecommerce sites.

There is an ebay seller by the same name fuschiafuschia with a very good reputation. http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedbackFromSellers&userid=fuschiafuschia&items=-1&item=-1&de=off

I would keep trying; I dont think you have been scammed. Keep emailing them and write them a letter. Would also be worth speaking to your local Trading Standards.

One thing you can do is use a 'whois' service to find out who registered the website domain name and when.

If they registered the name and created the site just a few days or weeks ago, they are probably here-today, gone-tomorrow scam-artists.

I've done it for www.fuchsiafuchsia.co.uk and it looks a perfectly legitimate company. Click the link below to see the info on them.

They registered the domain name in 2003 and their postal address and other contact details in Hampshire UK are listed.

Fuchsiafuchsia Ltd
Portsmouth
Hampshire
PO5 1RW
United Kingdom

Use the 'contact us' section of the company's site to sort out your order or refund.

If you paid by credit card or paypal, you may get a refund from them if you can't sort it out with the company you ordered from.

If you're in the states, that's a british company and will take time to send overseas. If not, it could be a fraud and I'd say contact your credit card company. Or it could be that they have limited hours and they weren't there for the call as I had this happen to me with an online store I'd never shopped at before.

Your order might show up eventually. Occasionally a small Internet company gets way more orders than they can ever fill before Christmas. They are overwhelmed and quit answering phone calls because the only answer they have is "later". This happened to me a few years ago when I ordered a TV for my parents. It finally showed up in February. Good luck!

First of all did you purchase with a credit card? If so I would contact your credit card company by e-mail and appeal the the purchase if you were charged. Most sellers do not charge your card until the item was shipped. If the seller charged your card request a credit on your card telling them your reasoning. If they are a well known card such as (Capital one, Citi bank, etc.) they will investigate and will credit your card. If for some reason you receive your item let them know and they will debit your card back.
