Are there any programs in Florida that help people with felonies in the Florida area find jobs

its unfortunate that employers often make it hard for felons to get jobs
as suggested you might simply try avoiding the mention of your past on your applications
look at it this way if you know they are not going to hire you anyway if they know your past why not take a chance and avoid mentioning it?
if it were up to me i would be happy hire a felon as long as he was not a pervert and he demonstrated honesty and responsibility
i do not know about programs in florida
i would hope that the community corrections or local religious groups would be able to help you but you never know
stay out of trouble

Go to your local state employment office. Contact the area JTPA (Job Training Program Act) sponsored agency. They should have a specialized program for "ex-offenders." Under this program, they will assist you in job training & placement.

i have two felonies and i found it easiest to find a job when i lie about it. I had to to get the awesome job i have.

No one will judge you there...
