There are virus that do this.
Clean out your hard drive.
Will kill viruses and is good practice to do every few months anyway.

Do you have an optical mouse? Because if you do, it might be its fault. If it isn't set on a non reflecting surface, the sensor goes wild and the pointer moves. It happened to me lots of times, even on black surfaces, but that might be just the fact that the mouse is cheap.

No it's noise from the circuitry and the vibrations from the optical light. Common in cheap mice.

I would say yours is a optical mouse.Don't worry,I have the same problem and it doesn't seem to be a trojan.
