I am 14 weeks pregnant and ever since I've gotten pregnant I've noticed that I have had bladder leakage. I always wear a panty liners to avoid anything on my underwear. I've heard of this before but I heard of this when people lift heavy things or laugh or cough, mine comes on from nothing, just from sitting still. HELP!

Go see a doctor. that could be something serious. You bladder muscle could be too weak to stop the leakage. They have surgeries to correct that though. Labia Plasti

Well, you do have a little body in there pressing on your bladder. It happens. There could be other things going on too. It may be possible that you have a bladder infection. Talk to your doctor about it on your next visit.... or call them now. Any good OB/Gyn should have a nurse who takes your questions and will give you a call back.

unfortunately, it just gets worse from here. the pressure of the baby on your bladder does this. i had it all the time too. with my first pregnancy i peed my pants every time i threw up. way to make a bad situation worse!

but it does get a little better after delivery. but not by alot. you will always have to be careful when you cough, sneeze or laugh.

YOu need to do keigel exercises.
Stregthen your bladder, vagina wall muscles.

just tighten the area over and over and do it several times a day, this will also help with labor.

ALSO try to find a yoga class, that was a godsend when I was pregnant.

Ugh, I have/had the same problem (although mainly brought on by coughing/sneezing). Try Kegel exercises - they not only will help with this problem but will also make labor easier!

Is this your first baby? If you dont do your pelvic floors after having a baby it is worse in next pregnanys. Other than strengthening your peliv floor by mustle tightening I dont think there is much more you can do-sorry!x
