I think, on his performance he should have been ruled out long time back. No one booed him when he made a hat trick of 2, 2, 2 aginst SA and has a dismal run in Tests. We have every right to applaud players like Sachin when they play well, but have an equal right to jeer when they let us down. What are players when there are not spectators to watch?when they visited India last. One of these 2 was made from 22 balls. I do not know why he is called a master blaster when everyone has a batsman who plays and blasts far better than him. Gayle and Lara in WI, Gilchrist and Symonds In Aus, Kevin Peterrson in England, Fleming, Astle in NZ, and so on. I once read in an article that NOT IN ONE of the finals played between 1998 and 2005 did he score significantly. I think politics and sponsors and Board rule rather than players.
I specially disliked the attitude of Dravid, and Sachin when they isolated Ganguly lately. It was indeed a sad commentary on friendship amongst the players.

1.There are some areas where experience can be used best.
2.As far as playing is concerned it related to the body strength more and applying mind to it.
3.In sachin's case he has utlised his best already and done with it. Since no one is ready to take a decision, now it is upto him to take his own decision to give way for youngsters.
4.Alternately he can guide the team in achieving its best.
5.He can teach his experience with finer points to the team. Experience can only be demonstrated than teaching.

Sachin has achieved enormous accolades in his illustrious career. Unfortunately nature takes toll of each man as he grows old. Sachin cannot be an exception. His relfexes are getting slower and slower. With the quickies the reflex and the eye sight play an important role. Yes. Sachin should resign honourably

I really wonder how can some one say that a Man who holds the record for most centuries in Test and One Day Internationala and most runs in One Day Cricket is to be dropped just because he has failed in few match? One must remember that class is permanent and form is temporary. Since Sachin is a class batsman, he can regain his form any time and perform well.
It will be a great injustice to drop such a man because of few
failures.

I DONT SAY WE HAVE TO RULE HIM OUT BUT GIVE HIM A HAPPY DEPART FROM THE TEAM BECAUSE SOME TIMES WHEN ALL THE TEAM COULDNT DO NOTHING SACHIN HAS WON GAMES ALONE FOR US.

Though he has given a lot to team India, his time to go has come. But I think he should be given a chance. He should play the world cup atleast. If he isnt playing well these days we shouldn't forget all the times he has helped India in winning.
