How do I change my avatar to a picture instead of a person? , some people on this site have graphic images instead of cartoons as their avatar, how do I do this?, like for example, if I wanted a picture of a frodg or something wierd like that.

Click on your avatar (the grey shadow), then click on "Edit My Info". On that page, you can pick:
No Picture
Yahoo! 360 picture : Get my Yahoo! 360 account now!
Use my Yahoo! Avatar : Edit my Yahoo! avatar
Click "Get my Yahoo! 360 account now!" (or go to: http://360.yahoo.com ) (must be over 18), post some pictures (on the left side – “Edit Personal Photos), choose one as your PRIMARY, then return to the Edit page and choose THAT for your avatar.

yea go to avatars and change it, its not really hard
