I am 14 weeks pregnant and ever since I've gotten pregnant I've noticed that I have had bladder leakage. I always wear a panty liners to avoid anything on my underwear. I've heard of this before but I heard of this when people lift heavy things or laugh or cough, mine comes on from nothing, just from sitting still. HELP!

It's okay. It happens a frequently to pregnant women. To help tighten the muscles you can do kregal exercises and you can always ask your doctor if he can prescribe something. In most cases after you have the baby everything will start to return to normal.

When a woman is pregnant there is a small amount of growing that goes on in the mothers body. Some women find that their feet get a half size bigger, or that they even grow in height. Sometimes the growth hormones effect the internal rather than external. What you're describing sounds perfectly normal to me, because the womb is just above the bladder, you are probably leaking little bits whenever the baby moves. You do have to consider he/she is basically sitting right on top of your bladder. If it really bothers you, call your OB/GYN, this is probably a question they can answer right over the phone, more than likely you don't even need to make an appointment.

During pregnancy I think the weight of the developing baby can put pressure on the blader, when this usual occurs, I'm unsure.
