I am not eating too much veggie yet. I have this problem for 3 days include today. I am so scared. I am crying. Am I GONNA BE DIE? I try to eat another fruit and food, but it's not works and it still dark green colour when I am in toilet (so embarassed to say this, but I must say this). Help....!!!!!!!

If you are very scared of this, go to your doctor. However, remember that various foods -- not just veggies -- can discolor your stools. There are also medications that can cause this. Good luck.

I used to work next door to an ice cream place and they had this awesome cotton candy flavored ice cream but it was blue and for about 3 days after I ate it I had forrest green poo. So have you been eating any blue foods lately?

Don't get scared....but it might be a sign of internal bleeding.
See a doctor to be sure.
And I don't think veggies don't make your feces green.

Are you eating or drinking anything Blue, don't worry about it - colours are just made by other colours.

Go to the doctor. He/She can do certain types of lab and/or blood work that can help you with your problem. Good Luck :)

Are you taking a multivitamin.....or are you taking ferrous sulfate (iron) these could do that and no I don't not believe you are dying at least not today.
