When I try to open http://www.mapy.cz , I do not get any map. I enter address in text box, and hit the "Hledej" button, but bottom of screen remains blank. I tried going into IE --> Tools --> Internet Settings, but I only find Java, not Java Script. I also tried the Advanced tab.

Java Script was working before. I had been to this site many times and everything worked. So, I believe I have Java.

I just tried your link and got a map. You won't find Java under Internet Tools. You probably don't have it. You have to download and install Java runtime script to enable maps, music and videos on the internet. You can get it here.

On the Java page, find the Windows Download Installation and click on Download. Follow the instructions.
