i downloaded a font for Microsoft word.how to use it and make it appear among my word fonts?

i use microsoft xp

go to the control panel, put the font file you downloaded in a folder there called fonts, just drag it there.

To get to the control panel press start, settings control panel

Exactly you have to install the font first in order to be able to use it!!! you can install it via the control panel or copy the font file to c:\windows\system32\fonts, (if I remember correctly)
