No their history coheres with the history of humankind in general. There are no great accomplishments that stand out as being consistent with space travel. People may be in awe of what they built, but they had a lot of time on their hands and the plow and the exploitation of the Nile gave them a dependable food source. The population grew accordingly and they built a bunch of things.

I beleive that ancient people have higher supernatural power than any of us in this modern life. Although we have all the technologies now which they didn't have but they use their mind power to overcome the obstacle they faced. We modern people is just starting to cultivate our mind power which the ancient people have done years ago. This mind power is somehow lost in our civilization. Most ancient palace in Asia & Egypt has the place looks like the meditation rooms. Maybe that is how they gain the supernatural power.

people are capable of a great deal of things but i do feel less threatened by the idea of aliens that would only come to our planet to build pyramids and not to like enslave us or probe us. who knows, maybe they're still here disguised as proctologists and architects.

2,000 years from now, a different civilization, maybe one from Asia, will ask the same thing about the U.S. Do you think they had help from extraterrestrials? Of course we haven't (not that I'm aware of).

Yes, they were. There are several proofs pointing at that direction.
