i'm someone who's having a hard time chatting and having quality friends and i'm badly i need of help.

Friends are what you make of them if you like someone to be honest with you listen toyou and love you unconditionally then I'll be your friend and vise-versa but you need to evaluate your definition of a friend and see what you are looking for in one!

Sounds like you need a life coach..someone that can teach you how to be sociable and to interact with others in a healthy way. Maybe counseling might not be a bad idea. Are you afraid people will reject you and not like you if they really got to know who you really were. You probly have alot of fears and maybe people can sense that. You just need to build your confidence. Someone that exudes confidence just draws people to them. I am sure you are a wonderful person, who would make a very good and loyal friend. Good luck to you!

I work at a high school , and I know one of the boys there feels the same way as you . He tries to hard to make friends , just let it happen, do not try to hard .

Try a social event at a church or community centre in your area. Some things take time but don't get discouraged. If you are shy don't worry, there are alot of shy people in the world

Open yoour eyes and find those who are trustworthy first impressions are everything... I know there are dating services online not really friend services tho... hmm idk... good luck tho
