how does Simultaneous sessions of same PNR (airline website) handle?

like if two different session of same user opens at one time.than it can create a problem to website so how does it solved Like airline has to do this at database level or at server level.

it is magic...
1st the same user cant open two times at the same time.
2nd there is up to second continuos update
