Use a hammer and chisel (to get the codes out of your BF) Then set new codes. Then change your BF! Your BF must have known your codes in order to change them

yes use the pin codes it has if you knowe them and it is your phone. if not and it is your phone then you can either look for a master unlock code online i found a utility when browsing www.softpedia.com although i forget the name of it now.
alternatively you can take it to any good phone shop where for a fee they will unlock the phone for you. you may have to provide proof that the phone is yours but that should not be a problem.

and why did your BF change them without your permission and without giving you the codes?
you should ask him what he set the codes to it will be cheaper than taking it to a phone store.
try suing your BF for malicious damage or something or theft he effectivle stole your phone by changing your pin and security codes without giving you a copy of them.

best not to try entering codes at random as the wrong codes entered code permenantly block your phone and render it useless without the use of unblocking tools from a good phone shop.

you may like to try your mobile phone operator to get your PUK and PUK2 codes then if you do lock your phone you can unlock your phone yourself then reset the security, but the codes should be used with caution.

good luck.

Take it back to the dealer. They have maintenance codes that are capable of overriding the user codes that are set by bf. This ensures that only the authorized owner of the phone gets it unlocked. If its a lost/stolen phone, it gets returned to the owner.

Yes,
you need to know another code...this code has many names depending on country of residence...

It's called Pin2 PUK, PUK2 or PUC

Your cellphone retailer will be able to help you with getting this code
