I know some cities have a club or bar pass that you buy and then you do not have to pay cover at any club. Does Vegas have such a pass?

The best club pass is a Nevada ID. Local ladies get in free. Go to the DMV and get one, cost about $22 and you get it in about an hour. I have one with my California address on it. I club for free everytime I come to Vegas. Plus, some club give locals free drinks. You can save a couple hundred bucks, because most clubs cost $30 a pop.
