Panadol is acetoaminophen (Tylenol in the USA). The presence of other medical problems may affect the use of acetaminophen. Make sure you tell your doctor if you have any other medical problems, especially:

Alcohol abuse (not a problem in Dubai!)
Kidney disease (severe) or
Hepatitis or other liver disease-
Phenylketonuria

DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED DOSE OF ANY MEDICINE. In the case of acetominophen, diarrhea is symptomatic of taking too much.
