The answer of this depends on your age. if you are under 25 you might go for a few hanging exercises and might gain 1/2 or 1 inch..but, genetic is more important behind a persons height.. one gets it from father or mother..

u just cant !! becoz height is something that u get naturally. so be happy with whatever u have.....................But wait a sec YOGA can help u out !! YES.........u can try it ....my cuzon has also gained some height through yoga !u can try it at home itself.no need to join yoga classes.

u can increase ur height when u extend your proximal parts,,
that is during jumping,climbing,hopping...
