Without weapons, I give the nod to Chewie, becuase of hsi sheer strength and the fact that most people do not appreciate the tremendous agility of Wookies. Worf would be out muscled and out manuevered.
If they could use weapons, I would likely say Worf would have an edge due to hsi experience with a wide variety of Kilingon and Federation weapons, as well edged weapons. Not to say Chewie isn't capable with his bowcaster, but Worf simply knows more and has more experience with armed combat than Chewbacca.
