There are actually two-three fuse panels...one should be located under the drivers side under the dash OR it could be in the dash and you have to open the door to access it.
The other panel is under the hood usually on the drivers side in front of the strut tower.

The main fuse panel is located under the hood on the left fender. You usually have to remove a cover to get at it. There are other fuse panels located in either side of the dash that are usually reserved for interior components. Not to try to mislead you as the panel under the hood has power supplies to all points of the truck.

their are a couple of places it could be one is under the hood on the drivers side close to the wheel well, or under the dash somewhere. I know several people who own Z71 and i think its under the dash but check both... and remember the fuses are the smaller ones and the relays are the large black ones
