It shouldn't be any harder then GCSE level stuff - they just want to make sure you have a good level of grammar, spelling, clear and legiable handwriting and good numeacy skills. As a nurse you will be expected to do simple mental mathmatics quickly and accurately.

not sure which tests you mean - if you mean the DfES national tests you can find lots of stuff at the website below. you can also order loads of free publications which include practice tests.
