you may need to go into the advanced settings of your connection and check the authentication properties to see if you have checked the box for sign in under different user....also check your dialup settings for user info, if you set it up under a specific user id you'll have to reset it to any user and delete the original.

When installing or doing the set up there is a box that you can check for 'me only' or 'anyone that uses this computer'.. now you just have to find it and uncheck that box.

You may have clicked 'okay' on the dialog window but you may have forgotton to click 'apply'. try again and see.
