Poor you! I hope it isn't summertime where you are...try swimming or a not-too-hot bath. No hot tub though. Nettle tea is a diuretic but be sure not to take it w/out asking your doctor first. Eating rice, watermelon. You can also ask your doctor about getting a lymph draining massage. Good luck - it will all be over soon!

Does doing all the right things include watching your sodium intake and drinking plenty of water? Are you aware that there is a naturally high sodium level in many foods--celery, beef, etc.? Also most processed food contains high levels of salt. Sorry, I no longer recall the entire list of foods to avoid that my doctor had given me when I was pregnant.

there probably isnt much you can do- other than resting... watching your salt intake (especially if you eat lots of fast food-STOP) and drinking PLENTY of water. Otherwise- its just one of the joys of being pregnant... =) As uncomfy as it is- enjoy your last few weeks of "alone" time- because pretty soon all the swelling will go away and you'll have a whole new ordeal of 'problems" to keep you uncomfy and without sleep! good luck

I was told by my doctor to watch my salt intake, and drink a lot of water, but that ain't doing anything for me. I even had to take off 2 of the 3 rings I wear. That sucks, but it's pregnancy for you!
