lsass.exe is a system process of the Microsoft Windows security mechanisms. It specifically deals with local security and login policies. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.
Then again it could be a virus.
Use a virus checker and check the executable to be sure.

Do not delete programs just like that. Your PC may stop functioning. I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

It could be, or it could be harmless. The only way to find out is to use a virus checker...and there are plenty of free ones about e.g AVG

It's a trojan

sorry - to clarify - issas.exe is a trojan, lssas is part of the windows system
the mistake was deliberately created by the person who wrote the trojan, to cause just this sort of confusion.
