easy, basicaly the amount of N's and the the amount of H's has to be the same on both sides, so for your first one:

N2+ H2>NH3 you have 2 Ns on one side so that will make you have at least this
N2+ H2> 2(NH3) so on the right side you have 2N's( blanced) and 6 H's( not balanced) so to balance you do this:

1)N2+ 3H2 > 2NH3

2) same thing for this one:
NaOH+H2SO4> NA2SO4 + H2O
2NAOH + H2SO4> NA2SO4 + 2H2O

notice how the amount of is equal on both sides

and for your final one:
3) CA+ H2O > Ca(OH)2 + H2
2Ca+ 2H2O > 2Ca(OH)2 + H2

hope that helps basicaly amount on left= amount on right

2 Na + 2 HOH --> 2NaOH + H2 I often use HOH for water to show that one of the H's come off to form H2 and that leaves OH-1 the Hydroxide ion. The sodium metal looses an electron and give it to the H+ to make H. the two H atoms combine to form the gas

I like this method it always works for me
Write a little t table, With what you have on the right and left sides, in element form, and then balance using your logic.

1-N2+3H2--2NH3
2-2NaOH+H2SO4----Na2S04+2H2O
3-Ca+2H20----Ca(OH)2+H2
Don't forget to cancel out-that's how we in school
