what makes me sad are when my children are upset or the man i live is sick and we cant be in contact.
what makes me happy is hearing my grand daughter laughing and playing and talking with the love of my life for hours.

happiness to me is waking up in the morning and knowing school is only an hour away. friends will be there, my bf. a world where i am free of my family. i can say, act, do whatever i want.
sadness is realizing at 3 o clock that in 30 min i will be home once again for a depressing night

I think...
What makes me happy will make me sad. And what makes me sad will make me happy. What makes others sad may make me happy, and what makes others happy may make me sad. But in the end, do we really know what makes us happy or sad? Can one truly define what it is to be happy or sad? What may make us happy may make others sad, and what may make us sad may make others happy. And if others are sad, does that also make us sad? And if others are happy, doesn't that make us happy?

i feel happy when i look at things from a positive view point and feel sad if i look at them from the negative point.i am happy when i feel that i am important for someone and i am sad when i hear some pretty bad news regarding terrorism!

Stupidity and TV programs -they are most linked together- make me sad.
Happy ? A lot of things : painting, love for and from my wife, my grandchildren ... it's a long list. Oh yes, I forget, when Justine Henin wins a grand-slam tournament, and when Manchester United are champions (that are my feel-good factors)
