How do I overcome laziness and motivate myself to work harder?

I always relax until it is too late. I always complain that I don't have enough time, but waste time slacking. I need advice on how I can motivate myself to work hard and stop lazing around.

Always motivate yourself to do it. Say, "If I spend only 5 minutes working, I can relax for 10." When you can start to do that, move on to working 10, relaxing 15. Working 15, relaxing 15. Working 20, relaxing 15. Try it, you can relax a little less, or even a little more every day if you feel like it.
To work hard, motivate yourself.

I believe that if you are really interested in your work, you will fly right through it. It is when your disinterested that you lose motivation. If you are like this, maybe you need to find a new line of work that is more up your alley.

congrats, u completed your 1st step and admitted u have a problem. i have the same problem as u. i think the problem lies with u r bored with what u r doing. the way to overcome it is that u need to just "do it". most of the time we procrastinate on things we hate doing or things we think we are bad at.

So tell your self,remind your self of that very thought you have written above when you get in these moods or situations.
that should make you get up.
